Our mission is to be a Christ-centered, Bible-treasuring church where we can mature in our faith, disciple others, serve the community, reach the unchurched, and fight shallow Christianity.

As a church family we are seeking to glorify God in all that we do as we seek to reach out to a needy world with the glorious good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We see God's hand at work in our church family in many exciting ways, and we would love to see you become a part of what God is doing here.

Palmyra Baptist Church is located in rural Benton, Kansas.

​The beginning of Palmyra Baptist and it's rich history can be traced back to 1875 with the same mission we hold today, serving Christ in the country. Our worship gatherings are gospel-centered with Christ-exalting songs, liturgical elements, and expository preaching. We are an independent, autonomous church. We preach, counsel, and disciple according to both historic and contemporary confessions of faith (Apostles Creed, Nicene Creed). In addition to affirming our statements of faith, leadership of Palmyra Baptist is baptistic and complementarian.
